Major International Force
In pursuing international projects, S & B Group International, Ltd. has developed teaming relationships with key selected contractors that bring a local presence and project execution capability to global regions.

S & B's strategy is to team up with local selected contractors on a project-by-project team agreement, convertible to project exclusivity once agreement is reached to jointly pursue the project. Teaming agreements bring in-country construction and local procurement knowledge that is integrated into an overall project-execution approach. We believe this approaches true partnership with shared risks and rewards; as compared to subcontracting.

Through its representative office in Singapore, S & B will co-ordinate regional project activities and teaming arrangements, assist in business development and pursue teaming arrangements with other partners.

S & B is pursuing a variety of projects in SE Asia. The strategy is to submit bids for engineering, procurement and construction, and project management consultant services for projects in the chemicals, petrochemicals, and pulp and paper industries, with project value in the US$30 to 300 million range.
